the biggest problem is that the money earned from Karachi goes into the pockets of the corrupt or somewhere in Sindh and no one knows where that's why many are also demanding that Karachi should become its own province so that the money stays in the city

I never realized how much bigger a blessing peace is. I live in a village and hardly see any crime and stuff and never felt my life in danger. A week ago I was going to Peshawar with my friends for dinner after that devastating blast in a mosque. I can't tell how worried I was all the time about myself and my friends. Traveling in BRT looking at everyone skeptically like there comes a bomb and we're dead. Praying namaz there in a local mosque very insecurely. This was my situation for just a day and after that I can't even imagine how living in big cities like Karachi and Peshawar would be like. I pray, Allah may bless everyone with a peaceful life. I was inch over the white line at a traffic stop which is not big deal but camera detects it. I challenged the ticket in court and was forgiven some percentage

Contrary to what people believe, Karachi's destruction is because of its people. Nobody owns this city. Everyone from Hazara to TLP protests here, but none for Karachi province.
It's Punjabi Army/ISI's policies. They bombed KPK and Baluchistan ( all terrorists can't locate Punjabi regions especially potohari regions, rawalpindi etc on their maps), open floods, killed 50% of the native population and made people leave their houses and regions, to settle in Karachi. This is creating hate and friction between natives of karachi city, sindhis and daily new arrivals. ISI got $billions in aid to help flood victims . lol. This aid will go overseas in Punjabi banks but Sindhis, Muhajirs, hazara, Biharis, Pashtuns will end up shooting each other whenever their is a need to flare up political riots

I went in to metropolitan office Quetta to make birth certificate of my daughter, before that I have applied online website. on visit in person, they said we haven't open IT system by now, and then he said apply manually and you will get it in 10 to 15 days, and 8f you pay 500 right now come and take in an hour.

Yaar corruption can never be justified. Even in the USA, the government salaries are below average, and opportunities for corruption are available but the difference is that the law is intact and it works.
A simple example is all of top notch Pakistan judges were non-muslims.
Whenever I visit Pakistan, while driving I keep distance between my car and front vehicle to have fun with public to see how they will fight for that small space.

Talking about traffic rules and Traffic police, here in Mumbai we scared of them and never drive out car without wearing a seat belt. Also we never ride our bike without helmet. They impose so heavy fines and NO RISHWAT policy, because they have mobile app or a meter device in their pockets. It makes them easy to impose a fine by just clicking your picture. They will send you a message for paying fines. If you don't pay that after some period you will have to visit a court for hearing on breaking traffic rules. This practise can makes corruption low and having rule follower citizens.
