Theres an ultrasound armband to control prosthetic hand, do you know how it can be made? thank you
Right, so a one dimensional ultrasound sensor just made this whole song and the solo from what I understand.
Hello! Yes, you're right. Here you can find version 2 with some improvements: czcams.com/video/OyyI-fC30t0/video.html
Hey What a great project. I wabt to try it, but before ¿can you maybe like share resources you used to understand the whole of what you did? Being honest i dont understand lots of things here
Awesome video. Deserves many many more views. Ty for sharing.
Thanks David. Have you seen part 2 with some improvements? Best regards stoppi
Hey ich suche eine Möglichkeit mit einem Ultraschallsensor die Schichtdicke zu messen. Das soll am Ende am Computer ausgelesen und analysiert werden. Denkst du dafür ist ein Aufbau geeignet? In welchem Messbereich liegt denn dein Sensor genau?
Vielen Dank geht mega Projekt
Hallo! Das müsste funktionieren. Ich werte 120 mikrosekunden bzw. 240 usek aus. Mit der bekannten schallgeschwindigkeit im jeweiligen Medium kannst du dann die Strecken ausrechnen...
How difficult do you think it would be to introduce an audio step-down and output, to convert the ultrasound returns to audible sound? That's the other big thing a medical ultrasound does in any form. In fact there are baby monitors and vascular monitors which have no display at all but only a converted audio return. It's used to locate a fetal heartbeat or indicate where arteries are which can't be palpated or look for blockages. Typically the probes are available in 1 MHz, 5MHz (as yours), and 8MHz versions. The fanciest of that series also have displays which show the output level graphically oscilloscope-style and not imaged. Not sure which probe frequency gets better penetration or why one would use one over the other.
Hey man I just want to ask you a question. How are you so clever? Like how you do know everything to makit it work?
Hello! I'm not so clever but I'm very curious and try things out...
@@stoppi you are tho. Keep it up man
@@jake8215 Thank's, jake
can I have the sketch code and the wiring diagram to replicate and test?
www.instructables.com/id/Body-ultrasound-Sonography-With-Arduino/
I didn't see anything. is it possible you could test it on a piece of meat or actual human body. project looks great. I want to replicate it but I want to know if it works first. thanks
You'd see nothing more because this very basic sonar is mono-dimensional (assuming that the transducer has a narrow lobe, otherwise it's unusable anyway for that purpose). Real body sonography use complex transducer phased arrays which allow "synthetic aperture". In simpler words: They send and receive ultrasound beams in electronically controlled directions. (This requires multichannel processing and phase control). So you can scan 2D "slices" by making the direction sweep. The operator moves the probe up and down to select the more interesting 2D slice.
hi stoppi , how can i contact you ?
hi why use specifically a 5 MHz ultrasonic transducer?
The transducers originally used for sonography also work in this frequency region. Do you have another, different model?
i just saw some 4MHz also being used
I want to take thia project ahead do u.wish to assist i have one industrial application for this.
I'd be very happy if someone pushes my project to the next level. Have you seen the link above for the second part of the sonography? Good luck...
Sir...its very useful...but i want to make this to scan vein and nerve in hand...is it possible??
I'd say you have to try it. When I started this project, also no one was there who told me whether this project is possible or not. I just did it...
@@stoppi thank you so much..yes sure im going To try
Hey Did you try the same? is there any way i can get in touch with you?
Edit: Hab grad Teil 2 entdeckt :D Danke!
Hallo!
Please send me the code please
Hey, I saw your video and I would like to know till what stage have you reached by now and I would like to replicate this project for clot detection in peripheral nerves? so would you like to help me out by sharing your updates? Is there any way that I can get in touch with you?
Hello! Since I finished the project 3 years ago I didn't work on it. Therefore I can't tell you any updates or improvements. Have you seen part 2 of the video? Good luck with your project, best wishes stoppi

Hi stoppi
I loved you without see you😅❤❤
Where the second part of this video?

Wonderful, is it possible to plot and display the depth measurement distance to the target object? thanks...:)
Hi! Look at part 2 of my project. There you can see the time displayed at the side. When you know the speed of sound, then you can plot the distance to the objects...
Can I pay you to build me an ultrasound device? Specifically one that can be tuned to emit specific frequencies? I'm 100% serious and would pay whatever you want.
Sir ultrasonic testing for quality and inspection machine guide plzz
In total what was the cost¿
Around 100 euro...
Had anyone tried it?
That music in the background 🤦
BTW thanks for sharing
I think i saw a tumor
lol ... I'll try to improve my receiver (using 3-4 stages of LM7171) to get real body-echoes. At the Moment there's just one brighter echo when pressing it to my skin. But I don't give up ;-)
