- With NEW Wheels and Tires in for my white Budget Honda Civic Project, I thought this would be a good time to unbox my "ADA" Spec setup. So in today's video, I give you my Civic Wheel Sizing, Tire Size, and accessories you need to make it happen. Strong, Lightweight, and a Perfect Stance.
If I had a dollar for every "what are you wheel specs bro" question I got, I would be a rich man. But instead, I thought I would make a video to help everyone out! Gold star for me. Finding the PERFECT Honda Civic wheel isn't easy and obviously people have different taste. I wanted a Civic wheel that was light, strong, and affordable. I really feel like the flow formed line from Konig crosses all those boxes. But what about the tires? Fortunately I stumbled across the Nitto Neo Gen tires over a year ago and give you a review of them. I feel like these tires were designed for the "tuner" in mind with extra wear resistance for camber and good overall performance. You can get into this complete setup for around 1k USD.
I'm not a "stance" guy by any means, but I love the look of a track focused car. Wider wheels, tires, and plenty of clearance for driving. So my ideal "fitment" is something that looks OEM+ but offers gains in performance in one shape or form. I'm extremely exciting to get this setup on the white Civic with the bronze wheels with hopes that it goes as hard as the red civic. We will see soon enough!

I agree with you that 205 50 r15 is the best tire size to run on GEH hondas. I love the bronze color of the wheels, it goes so well with red.. I also have some 15 inch Konig wheels with that exact offset and width and and they fit perfect! 👍

I've got an 04 EX Sedan...i know that it's FWD. That said, I am considering running 17x7 rear + 16x7 front staggered setup. Want to know if this will work with stock suspension n if I need some kind of wheel spacer(s) to get flush fitment. Your thoughts?
Honda factory lug nuts are a spherical style lug nut which is different than the acorn style and is the number one reason why you can’t use the factory lug nuts on an aftermarket wheel

@@ALLDAYANTHONY no problem my I got the same brand coilover the huart on my 2018 civic today I went 100mph and suddenly I hear it grinding sound. Would you know what might be the issue? I used my car daily the coilover might be 2 years old

Red ek 🔥 I plan on getting the same tires for my gsr No don’t put them white letters on your white ek. Looks like American cars from the 70s. Might as well just buy white wall tires for that look
For the hub centric rings DO NOT GO METAL. i mean do what you want but i advise not to go metal. I had the metal ones clamp onto my front hub due to the heat from my brakes and the fact the hub and the ring expand at different rates. I did get them off with a heat fun and minimal effort but in a cold country with a blow out your spare may not fit on

Question, so I got a auto 99 ex, I was wondering if I should save up to do a manual swap or if I should save up to eventually k swap it. I’m pretty sure that the manual swap is the better option but figured I’d look for different opinions.

I manual swapped my auto 96 dx for about $1000 and its completely worth it
This is like the complete opposite setup of my coupe But I think I really want to go this way 👀 I’m on 15x8 STR Racing 527 Bronze wheels w/ stretched 195/45 Toyo Proxes T1Rs. BUT mine’s an automatic so I’m fine running the stancy way aha

This is an alternate reality where "Fix it Chris" only talks about civic things.
The video has 4x100 lug pattern but when i go to the actual fitment link the pictures show 5 lug holes. Am I stupid?
15x7.5 et35 wrapped in 205 50 15 always hits the spot, another option could be 15x6.5 et40 in 215 50 15. Always loved the meaty looks. If you have an EG Hatch another option could be 15x6.5 et35 in 205 50 15.. :)

Is tire stickers still a thing in 2021? If the white EK was a hatchback you may put it to replicate a Kanjozuko Osaka Loop Racer, but in a a coupe? Meh, i think it will just disturb the cleanliness of the coupe. Just my opinion. :)

It's a myth about hub spacers bearing weight. The weight is carried by the friction between the mating surfaces. The hub spacers only make tge alignment easier.
I think the black ones should go on the white car and the bronze on the red!
