That rocket is awesome. You dont break cast iron banks. They typically have a screw you remove that lets the bank separate into two pieces. I think i saw the screw right above where it says the moon.
So excited for you. The Z X - 1 is referring to a roll pattern, NASA used it as a visual marker to tell orientation of rocket- just a little bit of fun nerd knowledge. It’s such fun piece for your nursery. Best wishes to the 3 of you!

I've never liked coffee and have been a tea drinker all my adult life and finally got an electric kettle like the Brits, and love it.
I'm American and have had an electric kettle for 40 years! I had a friend who bought one last year and was so excited to tell me about her wonderful "new gadget" find. I just smiled and oohed and ahed over it - didn't want ruin her delight! They're indispensable!
I’m not sure if you plan to breast feed or not. Something I hadn’t thought about until I was told by my family, is that if you try to alternate between a bottle and nursing at the beginning your baby won’t want to nurse since it takes more work on their part then bottle feeding does.
Please stop apologising for being ill, being in your last few weeks of pregnancy is hard enough on your body. So take it easy. We'll all still be here xxx.

As a Mom of two I had at age 27 and 32 it is so sweet to see the days before Macenna and Romeo become parents. You have no clue what is coming… No one can explain it… you have to experience it for yourself.
So true!! Also we had babies at the same ages!! But the I had 2 more at 34 and then 38.
The only baby "stuff" advice I have (I've only had one) was my kid refused to drink from a bottle, so we went breast fed until 11 months to a sippy cup. It was actually way more convenient because I didn't have to pump, or worry about bottles. But each kid is different.
My daughter never took a bottle, my son is 5 months and doesn’t either so we’re going straight to a sippy cup!
For your cast iron bank, you use a table knife or another thin flat blade of some sort and move the bank so that the coins slide out on the blade. I have an antique piggy bank that my late aunt gave me when I was a child and that's how I got my savings out since I did not want to break my special bank that did not have a designated hole to retrieve the coins.

@@lauraoliver3509🙄fear monger? Geez, it’s just a suggestion, and given the fact that toddlers get into things (even when you try your best to baby proof and monitor). They are fast and sneaky. It’s better be safe than sorry because babies WILL find a way to get ahold of it and put it in their mouth

Electric kettles are the bomb. After using them in the UK on vacation I can't go back to the stove ones. It's just SOOOOOOOOOOOO much faster.

This is so funny to see all the baby's stuff. I remember when I had my first baby I did that too, but for my second one not of it mattered 😂 Sterilized bottles ? What for ? Just using the dishwasher and the microwave to heating up the bottles !

Super crazy, but we both have the exact same due date right now! I’ve been watching your videos for a long time and when you announced your pregnancy/due date I was shocked. It’s been really fun to follow along with you since we’re in the same stage at the same time. Feeling all the different emotions, body changes etc. not long now! 3 more weeks 🫶🏼🫨

I am cracking up. I have no kitchen too. Completely gutted. I was just doing dishes in my bathtub, so I feel ya. We moved things around a little, widened doorways, and ran cabinet lighting above and below on the uppers. I couldn’t choose, so we did both, but then I needed two light switches in case I don’t want them on at the same time.😂 We are very close to putting cabinets in. Everything is here. All new appliances, countertops, and new lighting. Then, after the kitchen we have to redo all our wood floors. Only difference is my husband is my contractor. 😳 Poor guy. I’m not as calm as you.🤭

McKenna, Everything you are doing to prepare for baby has been on point. Brings me back to our one & only child, a precious baby girl and how we prepared for her. (28 yrs ago) We used to joke about it taking 2 years to paint her room (nursery) because we started in December into January and she was due in April!! Took us ten years before we were finally blessed with her!! ~ Just love that you are sharing the journey with us and we are elated at every milestone you are sharing for the arrival of your precious baby!! Love you, Romeo and your extended family. Have your 3 initial candle line & would absolutely love the Willow candle, but can't afford right now. Determined to get it eventually, the Willow name, and tree itself is very special to our family as naming it was a part of our wedding vows. Bless you & Romeo on your forthcoming birth of your precious & loved baby. ❤❤❤

I have all of my Grandmother's Heisey Orchid glass pieces she received as wedding gifts after the war in the 40s, including that plate. She used them for Thanksgiving every year. My favorites are the candlesticks with the hanging crystals and the wine glasses.

Drink a tonic water with lime it helps with leg muscle cramps and restless leg syndrome . Can you hang the spaceship in the nursery, (not over the crib) and when its time to start him on an allowance you can take it down and make it a teaching experience. What about a boiling tap in this gorgeous kitchen when warming bottles just popping a bottle in a mug of hot water will mean Romeo can help with feeding.
Agree I drink BTWn 8-12 oz. Nightly of a no sugar lime tonic water every night!!! No not pregnant at 69 yo. But due to 30 yrs of night Nursing!!!??? I have restless legs still! This is common with pregnancy. Sometimes magnesium helps as well taken nightly

It would be cool if you put a coin with this year's date on it in honor of your baby's birth year into his spaceship piggy bank. Even if you can't get it out, you could tell him when he's older that there's a coin from the year of his birth inside.

The pain you’ve been having is likely sciatica nerve pain. It’s very common in pregnancy, especially near the end. You’re almost there and you’ve got this! Wishing you and Romeo well !!!
Fortunately it goes away after baby comes.
I was lucky. The baby shifted and there was instant relief! Thank goodness I only had the pain for a couple of weeks. It was incapacitating and I'd be frozen in place. It came suddenly and went just as quickly. Fingers crossed MaCenna's goes away soon, too.

Love those smaller tables at Home Depot, bought one recently myself, but didn't know they came in black. So nice. Glad to hear you're feeling better. When I was expecting many moons ago, the baby pushed on a nerve and I lost all feeling in my right leg for a few minutes. Such a strange feeling. You look like you're still sitting a bit high and that the baby hasn't dropped too much yet, if any. You can watch the space where the top of the bump is and where 'the girls' are, and see if the space gets flatter. So excited to see the cabinets in. You'll be so happy when thats done. Wondering what color you'll be painting the kitchen, for we all know that white will not do. Looking forward to your next video.

I am so glad you are feeling better, we used spray appliance paint ( black) to paint our white fridge to match all the other appliances and it worked!!!!!! You look absolutely stunning MaCenna I feel your pain when our kitchen remodel we were without it for 2 long months😂😂. Please rest as often as you can and if you can’t make a video for awhile no worries we all will be here for you❤❤❤

The piggy bank should have a screw on the opposite side from where the slot is that will open it.
I got multiple vacuum bags from Amazon for pillows and out of season blankets and they are a lifesaver. Definitely recommend! I would get a set that comes with a little vacuum thing bc our vacuum (Dyson) didn’t work with the bags.

You can change the face of your dish washer. Make it wood, metal or whatever your heart desires. There are screws on the inside.. just letting you knew just in case the paint doesn’t work out
That turtle was what I think is tramp art, the shell was a World War Two helmet 🪖 tramp art is made out of military items that soldiers made into art!
The stuff is so impressive. I believe that is where match art came from !

We have 2 of those tables. They have multiple heights, so we can raise them & place end to end for serving brunch to guests. They are perfect.

Wish they had that when my kids were newborn, we used a large basket that we carried up and down stairs.
I stopped working 6 weeks before my due date, lucky for me, but I appreciated being on my own time schedule, listening to my body. Don’t apologise about not doing stuff. You’re doing plenty internally. I enjoy your content when it comes, too, when you have the energy for it❤️❤️
I stopped working a week before my scheduled due date, but after 2 days I went back to work. I couldn't stand not doing anything! Good thing since she was very late. I'd have used up a bunch of my fully paid benefits before the baby even arrived!

In the UK we wait until baby is born until we buy anything. It's just our tradition.... Romeo found the perfect toy rocket for bambino's room. Couldn't have been more appropriate 😅😅
