  • I am Catherine Parr, the sixth and final wife of King Henry VIII. I was born in 1512, the daughter of Sir Thomas Parr and Maud Green. I was educated at home by my parents, and I was well-versed in the classics and in theology.
I was a devout Protestant, and I encouraged Henry to adopt Protestant beliefs. I also helped to promote Protestantism at court, and I was a patron of many religious charities.
I was a popular queen, and I was known for my intelligence, my wit, and my beauty. I was also a skilled musician and a dancer.
Henry VIII died in 1547, and I was appointed regent for his young son, Edward VI. I ruled England for two years, and I was a wise and just ruler.
I am writing this in the year 2023, almost 500 years after my death. I am amazed to see how much the world has changed since my time. Technology has advanced at an incredible pace, and society has become more complex and interconnected.
I am also amazed to see how much the role of women has changed. In my time, women were largely excluded from positions of power and influence. But today, women are making significant contributions in all fields, from politics and business to science and the arts.
I am proud of the progress that women have made, and I believe that we have the potential to achieve even greater things in the future. I hope that future generations of women will continue to fight for equality and justice, and I know that they will make the world a better place.
I am Catherine Parr, and I am a woman of my time, but I am also a woman ahead of my time. I believe in the power of women, and I know that we can change the world.

The maths isn't adding up, she married Thomas Seymour 6 months after henry viii died, she dies a year later after giving birth to a baby girl

Catherine Parr died on September 5th, 1548. And yet according to your video she died in 1547 and in the same year as King Henry VIII passed on. And yet Catherine rose from the grave to rule England as the regent for 2 years till 1549. Amazing!!!!

Anne of Cleaves died in 1557 from cancer, ten years after Catherine Parr.

They did say naturally. Child birth is a natural cause of death. Not cancer.

That's what I thought. Anne outlived her. Maybe cancer isn't natural causes?

She married the final time in 1547, and then died in 1548 at the age of 36, not 35

She said she was regent over H8 son until Edward VI came of age, after H8 died. That's why Queen Victoria's uncle held on until QV turned 18; so her mom and her ambitious secretary; couldn't be regent and rule the country

That doesn’t make sense if Henry died in 1547 and she was appointed ruler for two years and she married Thomas Seymour in 1549 and Seymour died in 1553 then how did Catherine Parr die in 1547 this video got it wrong. She died in 15,48, not 1547.

She wasn’t regent to Edward VI. Edward Seymour was lord protector to king Edward VI. Catherine was the dowager queen after Henry died.

Edward Seymour was Edward vi's regent, not Katherine. And even if she had been regent, she couldn't have ruled England for 2 years because she outlived henry by less than 2 years.
She was dead by 1549 so she couldn't have married Thomas then. Thomas also died WAY before 1553
She died in 1548, not 49, and she was not the last of Henry's wives to die naturally. That's anne of cleves

Incorrect, she didn't die naturally. She died the same way Henry the 8th third Wife died, after giving birth to her child with Seymour she died of "Childbirth Fever" Anne ( the Child's name ) sadly, has been lost in time and no one knows what became of her♥️💔♥️
