Late! CN 5662 in Brockville

In the midst of a snowstorm, a late CN 373 is seen going past the Brockville VIA station. Note the Brand New CP Autorack.
CN 373 had CN 5662 (SD75i), & CN 5445 (SD60).

The engineer has probably not realized his actual headlights are off. This happens with either the headlight breaker being turned off, but the switch on or the multiple unit headlight switch being improperly set up.
Also, both headlights could be burnt out but that is pretty rare.
