Sir plz make a vedio for physiotherapy for MPFL high grade partial tear.
Have a history of Acl reconstruction in 2014 followed by Menisectomy for bucket handle tear in 2020. Damaged my MPFL in accident. It was high grade partial tear. Took a conservative treatment for the same.
Will be highly appreciated of u can enlight us for the same

ji sir bilkul physio theropy is most important .almost 3 month compelete my surgery but meri jo palvic tilc muslce abi tak tite feel hote hn aur chalne mai bi force boht lgta hy jis ki wjah se boht preshani hoti hy chalne aur sidha kharhe hone mai😖😢

Apka leg uthne laga ab ya nahi
