They actually made a third Goat Simulator before completing the Sanctum Trilogy, the absolute madlads
They actually only made two Goat Simulators. They skipped GS2.
This is actually only the 2ed Goat Sim they've made. (not counting the multiple DLCs for the first game)
They called it Goat Simulator 3 as a joke.
One of the best parts of GS1 was being able to find a weird but very funny and cool secrets around every corner. Devil summoning, then see a boulder to mess around with, then summon a ship, then find a robot, blah blah blah. Just a shit ton of unexpected stuff to find and figure out. I love that! I hope GS3 does the same
including getting your ass kicked by ps1 graphic ninja turtles in the sewers
Dont play this unless you completed GS2, or the story won't make any sense

Sim 1 was mostly just a joke of absurdity, Sim 3 seems like a mild attempt at a real ass game while ALSO revelling in the absurdity. I appreciate the evolution.
This is basically all the weird mods of other games merged into a new game.

This game looks like it has all of the best parts of the best games.
Deranged farting around is a remarkably enjoyable genre.
Sequels are hard. They have to build upon previous success, while also refining what already works. Third instalments are MUCH easier. By then you've figured out what works and are just expected to deliver more of the same.
CS Studios are truly geniuses for skipping all that tedious refinement crap and jumping straight to the bit where you make more money.
Looking forward to the Goat Simulator Live Service platform, which I hope is the next in the series.

Goat simulator is just more chaotic than the last, that's why I like it.

It's part of the experience, yes. That being said, the commentary during that part does explain that it's going to be less prevalent in the new game

@@Elisenaps it's alright. the comedic timing of those things was on point. my comedic writing was bad though as i wanted to point out the timing
Hope it comes to something other than Epic eventually so the rest of us can play it.

Im 44 amd playing it with my 6 years old.. its just blast for bith of us. Amd that success of a game
I just can't handle the ppl that created this (Coffee Stained T-Shirts) bought Valheim and now have real horses to waste their money on. If this isn't proof there are deities (at least the malevolent one and she rules the earth) Idk what could be.

In this day and age it is cheap, MW2 cost 70 dollars on launch.

I bought the Ultimate edition for 10 bucks more and it was such a downgrade. Now I'll send the devs an e-mail about how this games deserves GOATY.
