Goat Simulator 3 is an action video game and the sequel to Goat Simulator. The game was announced during Summer Game Fest and was released on November 17, 2022. The game features a four-player cooperative mode, and it is set on the fictional island of San Angora.

This game is unironically really great. A stupid game from 2014 turned into an open world story with literal hours of content and a ton of customization options. One of my favourite games this year

This game is actually dope, it plays really fun now that it’s moved to a collect-a-thorn format instead of pure sandbox. The puzzles can sometimes be really creative, reminds me of Scribblenauts!
the first game also had missions and collectibles, but it was always overlooked by the youtubers

@@kaua0f0m I think the more streamlined approach helps massively. A lot of people booted up Goat Simulator without realising how much content there was behind the surface. So many people just dismissed it as a meme bait wonky physics game :(

i much prefer the collection of roses to thorns! but yes, agreed. at first release this game was basically a reskin of Amazing Frog? (or vice versa) plus maybe Tony Hawk bc scores for stunts lol.
@@waterking74 Allot of people. Really if not for Kevin I had still labeled this game a cash grab. But this is actually no joke refreshing. It might not make financial sense but this game made a bit more serious (like Stray walking sim but good) I really had loved to see.
I really can not play something this non serious fantasy overpowered crap personally. But there is clearly allot of work and care put into this Goat 3 game. Like even if G1 and G2 was the same I really just found them being uninspired hack jobs. Maybe the modern tech and game engine helped allot in G3?
This one looks like work and actual care was given to. It is sad how non offensive it is and yet pulls commentary off about society and such so hard. Like dam it is not masterfully and very tastefully done that screams of passion. Something very much missing in today's 'AAA' games in general. Like even the game references where not even gimmicky or cringe. They where spot on. >:D
Like the fact that you can carry granny on your back is just one of the things where allot of small details to make it work needed to be worked out. I really hope we see speedrunners take on this game. Seems like a fantastic sandbox to speedrun. Maybe a bit to much but still.

The best part of this is imagining there was a team working on giraffe ladder climbing physics. Just imagine that was your job. You go home and your spouse asks what you did today and you have to explain that you were trying to work out the bugs with the giraffe climbing collisions. Family get together for the holidays, you see your cousins and tell them about what you worked on as a games developer at Coffee Stain.

Since the studio is Swedish, goat with the sack on a stick could be a reference to Polish "Dummy the Billy-goat" ("Koziołek Matołek") comic book series from 1930s about an antropomorphic goat trying to find the way to town, were apparently goats get their horseshoes. Sweden and Poland are separated only by the Baltic Sea, so maybe Swedes heard about it.

To be honest, this being a UE4 game and running better than 90% of other UE4 games I played made me surprised. Fun little game, quite enjoyable and full of memes, satire and such yet staying fun and chill about everything, the way games were when they first began, for fun.
You should check in the Cargo Harbour, Sand Castle, and Power Towers for some neat stuff, as we as the Goat Map on your place, it leads to a new unlock!
ASMR portion was a real Kevin/Eleven. Going to secretly put it on all of my friends' and family members' sleeping playlists to give them a good night's rest.
