Hey y'all! Welcome to the farm! Tonight, we are doing something a little different - so welcome to our kitchen for our first ever cooking video. For supper, we are preparing cubed steak and gravy, squash casserole, string beans and the best homemade biscuits ever! (I acquired this recipe from another homesteading channel) Y'all come join us for supper!

@pamelaking9715 Thank you so much! Bill (or "Hubby" as I call him) is very talented. I'm so proud of him. He always does a great job - I just tend to make things a little difficult for him sometimes, but it always comes together and turns out wonderfully.

I did that once for a recipe! That’s a great suggestion because buying buttermilk for one cup goes to waste (I’ll drink it). It works perfectly!!

This has been such a fun video to watch! You guys had fun together showing us your meals. I smiled all the way through it. I too wash dishes as I go. It passes the time while food is cooking. The green beans…I loved the recipe, but the bacon left it….I have to have my bacon almost burnt, so I’d remove it and cook it up, or crush it up and mix it. No wiggly bacon for me..The more I watch you two, the more I love you too…God Bless you guys. I’m so happpy I found you….thank you Pinball
