- In this Tutorial number four, we talk about the specific behavior of the Huey in respect to control inputs.
The following is specific to the Houy in its extremes.
Other helicopters may have similar behavior but not to that extent.
For Gazell pilots, the following is worthless because of the Gazelle reacts absolute different.
TRAINING MISSION AVAILABLE
Get good coordination in control inputs and fly turns holding speed and altitude.

Great tutorial Grizz, thank you
Great video!
wish I had this when I was learning.
I am a category 2 pilot in the huey. I think and it moves.
but everyone starts as a category 1 pilot. it takes hard work to learn to be a category 2.
man I used to get angry with the huey and myself.
but victory in the end is worth it.
I used that anger.. Darth Vader would be so proud.
Wooohh, thanks for that videos!!!
Great flying, I'm not sure I'll ever fly so precisely... I've noticed that I have to use much more left pedal for my takeoff to stay straight - was there some fly model change during those 4 years?
Flight model changes 12 months ago. It is worse than it was.
You are welcome to join us for training and mission flights.
I got the PUMA pro flight trainer. I like your setup, what is it?
Hey buddy I use a OE-XAM Cyclic and pedals in combination with a COMODO Collective. No Curves or other changes.
always happy landings GRIZZLY 😉
Nice approach. One request I have is demonstrating a high speed, low altitude landing. For example at a hot LZ. Not the safe way to do it of course, but that's the great thing about sims.
I also am waiting for that one
Thanks for the feedback and your demand for these particular topics.
This week Tutorial No.5 will be published concerning first takeoff and landing. So in Tutorial No.6, maybe in December or January, we will explain combat style landings and takeoffs.
@@lowlevelheaven going to be putting my new cyclic and collective to plenty of use thanks for these Grizzly
