Fantastic update. Love the toy polloi mask theme. Brilliant. With regards your question about missing helmets yes, they are definitely small enough to get sucked up by vacuum cleaners, fall down the cracks in the pavement, get lost in the garden and mixed with other toys. Ive neen a fair few end up in lego bundles. Lego collectors who buy mixed lots of old lego probably have a box full of random bits that arent lego.
Possible destinations for M.A.S.K., mask: Toy box I had a wood toy box, the size of a regular freezer (it looks like a giant pirate treasure chest), before I donated all of my childhood toys when I was a Teenager. I had in that box all of my toys and I threw all of their weapons (LJN Lion-O Sword of Omens, TNMT weapons, Toy biz Superhero weapons, and M.A.S.K., masks). They usually end up t the bottom of the toy box. Remember the ashtray that cars of the 70s and 80s have… their location was in the back of the driver seat & passenger seat. Some children used those trays to put bubblegum/candies, money/coins and put weapons from toys like G.I. Joe, Transformers, He- Man and M.A.S.K & their masks. They also fall down the cracks of house sofas and automobile seats. I remember using Grandpa wardrobe to store some of my toys and when helping him clean inside the wardrobe behind the cabinets (the part that has the cabinet tray) there were plenty of my toys lying in the ground. Those spot are the ones that I think about that have a real chance. People collet cars, and some are in barns for years without moving the car. In some houses people still has their stuff intact in the attic [toy box, vintage wardrobes] or furniture if they kept it in pristine conditions (grandpa/aunt/parents house) their furniture may have some hidden items in them of having some vintage stuff inside them.
Suggestion for a sub-goal which could be reached prior to the Mile of Mayhem: Mile of MASK - You could alternate a non-Miles figure in between every Miles figure and every tenth or fiftieth or hundred figure, you could insert a MASK vehicle. This would open up the ability of those who have MASK and wish to donate, but do not have Miles. A sub-goal with the word MASK in the title might bring the videos to the attention of MASK fans who are not currently aware of this project. Best wishes for the project!!!
The masks fall into the same space/time interstices that every house has, whether it needs it or not. It's the same place where essential model kit parts, and BIC ballpoint pens go.
This is such a fun project. Well done to the collecting community all over the world each figure is definitely making a difference!! I was quite unsure if this is a goal that can be met. But now I am pretty positive that it will be for sure!
I think I have a figure here to send you, which address should it be sent in to? Would really cherish one of those stickers. Takes me back to my childhood with the M.A.S.K. sticker album I had, some of the stickers I think might have been holographic like that, and others were sort of cut out transparent ones.
Would it be more achievable by attempting a scale mile? Assume that Miles is 6 foot tall = 182.88 cm. 182.88/7.35 = 24.88 or 1/25th scale. I mile = 1,609.344 metres or 160,934.4 cm. 160,934.4/25 = 6437.376 cm (scale mile). 6437.376/7.35 = 875.8334693878, say 876 Miles Mayhems... Perhaps just a 'milestone' on your way to an actual mile?
Just my opinion, I think it should one version of Miles not all the different variations. I know that makes it harder but, its a little cheating imo...lol

Sounds like I should ask some Lego in collectors if they have any?🤔
Nice! Love hearing the real MASK theme:) Puts me in the right mood!
Fantastic Dave

I was going to ask that same question before I even clicked on the video about raising the arms up
Hand on my heart. I really really hope you can do this.

The biggest bad guy to my toys was my mam with the hoover god bless her lol
Matt Trakker is watching from the sidelines... 😋

Shoutout to everyone who has gave or will give to this project!
👍
My question is , how much would 3D printed Masks would cost for all the Miles ?
Awesome progress!!!
Congrats on your progress, Dave!
4 averaged sized people...or two of me 🤣
I only have 6 inches of mayhem....to donate
Hey Dave
Great 1st goal, taller than our Host😉
Take care😊
How many would you need for a scale mile of mayhem?
Anyone else remember that sticker album?
Was miles mayhem modeld on Joseph Stalin ? Because they share a very close resemblence

Drop me a DM and we can sort out a trade. Cheers
Are you going to go for the 3.75" scale mile as an intermediate "mile" stone on the way to a mile? Would be good op for publicity if you got it!
I think I probably should. I will work out what that is and add it to my spreadsheet.
Would be better to do it to scale for mask than the old school o-ringers.
Where did the masks go?
Possible answers:
1. Dog digenstion tracts.
2. Little sibling mouths.
3. Got "lost" during a move.
Challenge #2
A Mile of Mayhem _Masks_

It's a good milestone to add. I'm going to update my spreadsheet for the next video on this project.
Does anyone make a mask for miles or any of the other MASK figures? Like on Etsy or eBay?
Not that I know of. I'll have to do some more searching.
There are more than 2 version of miles mayhem
Maybe you should have done a mile of mask. Might have been more achievable, but you do you.
Think the masks get lost or they are sold separately for
More money as parts
Just my opinion, I think it should one version of Miles not all the different variations. I know that makes it harder but, its a little cheating imo...lol
It's still miles, doesn't matter what uniform he's wearing
I think the brown one looks cool
The variants can just be used as “miles markers “ so to speak
My plan is to get just the blue version and use the beige version to mark every 100th figure.
@@ToyPolloiTwo Pretty bloody smart! Can't wait to see how this comes along.
