Faith builds like this are great due to their weapon variety and versatility as well as the damage you can damage you can achieve. A clear example is St Trina's torch, it would be perfect for this build

@@gusriojas2600 You gotta know your inventory and keep your items at a low but manageable amount. It's cool but I picked up WAY too many weapons to swap during a fight 😅 Id have sell everything but what im planning to use.
@@Do0mSl4yer95 you can store all of your items at bonfires, so whenever you want to switch loadouts it can be done in a few minutes. I couldnt even learn to swap without using the storage system!
@@Do0mSl4yer95Go to a grace and do sort chest. You don't have to sell stuff to get it out of your inventory :)

If you haven't you should do an imp based build using the imp weapons from the catacombs using the imp statue heads along with throwing daggers and pots think it would be nice, keep up the great vods :)

I have a feeling the hosts always rushing you down is due to them having more heals & the opposite for the sun-bros? They think "I can just face tank him & heal it later" but they never account for the amount of damage or their lack of vigor

The double kill at the top of the stairs with black flame tornado really caught them by surprise. But the best invasion is the one right after, at 4:55. That was an amazing and sweaty one. Very well earned victory.

Hey Chase, this is your 24 hour reminder to upgrade that second Coded Sword
Golden Land as an AOW has some of the best hyper armor. On the zweihander ive managed to hyper armor other UGS r1 attacks. You also get 4 different hits and can easily rack up over 2k damage if the full thing hits, which i think you could do.
That and it adds projectiles which is awesome. Plus its just a really fun AOW
I know that you will try many builds in the DLC, so your first one should be lower level, and you should do a level up thru PvP in the DLC.

I've recently tried doing some low level invasions at around RL 45 and it was pretty active.
Tones of fun with a poison build.
What upgrades are you using on your lvl 45 invader? I love low lvl invasions
@@dreammatter1734 I think my highest level weapon is level 9 or 10, not sure but I know you can invade 2 levels up and 2 levels down for weapons. Sombers are where I struggle with the math lol.

I just started a new playthrough for the DLC. Going with faith for incants and dex for Nagakiba with bloodflame blade for the extra bloodloss
Can we see a 70 70 FTH INT build? Golden order seal gets to over 370 and then of course the corresponding seals in the off hand for all the bonuses.

I’m going to stick with my 150 frost/int character. Not having flame cleanse me is could be rough though. DLC hype!!!
I reckon start at 139 and level up as you go capping at 175 maybe - depending on how big the DLC is.
I reckon that will catch the most pvp. We’ll see i guess.
I’ll probably do a casual run-through on my completionist character to find all the new stuff, before updating my pvp builds with the specific gear that I find.
When it drops, did you want us to point out if we find interesting weapons and gear, or would you prefer to not be spoiled?
Also, you should probably move that parry shield in your inventory. You’ve accidentally swapped to it more times than I can count now.

I personally find it the most fun on launch when the community shares info together! I absolutely loved everyone, jumping into the game, trying to find hidden areas etc when it launched and sharing all the secrets they found together. I usually try not to spoil bosses or main storyline etc, but Illusory walls and cool weapon locations that i may have missed i definitely dont mind spoiled haha

blackflame protection states that it reduces the effect of other healing efffects aswell. thus it should make your hp regen worse.
It doesn't, it just affects estus

Suggestion for something to try for you... again. Try invading at lvl ~60-70
BONUS POINT if you use actual gear from around that lvl things you find around Liurnia and Caelid, but nothing from Altus and further could be interesting

I wish faith had more natural scaling weapons that aren’t greatswords or straight swords.
More variety wouldn’t hurt. I enough using unique weapons over ones you can infuse.
Quick question: why do you never use Golden vow? It stacks with blackflame's protection.
I personally forget to even use the 1 or 2 buffs i already have on my builds. Adding more would just be useless for me personally lmfao

Try letting go with your right hand and using the dpad with it.

It's the ammunition. I think it's the golem arrows.
You can also use lightning great arrows in water for aoe. There's also a exploding great bolts and lightning great bolts for ballista and canon

I cant find anyone at rl 125. How long does it take you to invade? For me the entire map has red and blue circles but i never get any action.
Try reloading your save file from the main menu. If that doesn't work try alternating between your invasion items to bypass the attempt cooldown.
Has he ever done a no ash/spell/incant build? probably not possible, but i somehow think he could pull it off

I feel like briar spells should be incantations instead of spells. They feel like voodoo to me versus glintstone magic.
I would be interested to see whether or not the Dragon Greatshield (?) talisman has more impact on your survivability (tanky-ness?) than the ritual shield, even counting hot-swapping them for combo damage or w/e
Dragoncrest greatshield talisman is significantly weaker in PvP, only raising physical damage negation by 5% (as opposed to 20% in PvE)

I don't really understand why but this thing happened many Times. Why do 't you take bleed/frostbite damage ?
If you dodge a status effect and it almost hits you it'll still proc but wont do any damage because of the roll s.
It as wraggler4377 mentioned above. It’s really unfortunate because it both buffs and nerfs status effect weapons. Ideally no build up at all would happen when you dodge because that’s punishing the player for dodging correctly. On the other side though you can completely dodge the damage of the status buildup because of this. Unfortunately you still get stunned out of your dodge though so it still punishes the player for dodging correctly and can get you blendered by a team

There's a Flask Tear that saves your ass at low HP.

Hosts have more flasks, rune arc effects, up too 2 buddies and blues as support and yet chase still manages to beat them on his own making it look easy. Man your pvp skills are beyond absolutely insane.
I never really start with a particular build in mind, too many good choices but I think I always end up a quality build at the end of the day.
does anyone know how he always have full of +25 items and 99 consumables? does he grind for it or using some cheats?
