But i also acknowledge its a HARD game to stream because of this game's design.. it's a good, fun game, but it just isn't fun watching others play. Death stranding isn't really the most exciting thing to watch. It's more of an 'experience it for yourself' kind of thing especially by how ridiculous its penchant for exposition is.

😂 dude I don't understand why people easy to give up on this easy game.. (sry if I'm kind of cocky, but in my record, I've finished the game around 35 hours on normal mode at lv around 200 back then) I've seen speed run around 5-6 hours, play slow but srsly this is an easy game.

This is peoples main misconception about the game. The real health bar is damage taken by your packages. You probably wont die in the game but it is highly likely youll drag ur tired ass into a city with 99% damaged cargo and get less rewards because of it.

If anything Death Stranding sets a precedence for how much gamers are willing to take when it comes to tedium. DEATH STRANDING IS THE BEST GAME EVER MADE. Kojima knocked it outta the park. You can keep ur souls clones and star wars games. Death stranding is actually a unique experience. Never played anything like it.

After watching you play multiple videos' worth of this game, I feel absolutely no desire to play it. I don't understand what the incentive is supposed to be for spending my time walking around delivering packages.

At the end of the day games only need 3 things to be fun
1. You get to use your head a bit
2. You are required to press a lot of buttons quickly
3. You get rewards for playing well
Death stranding does all of this i promise you. Every delivery you make unlocks lethal and nonlethal guns, exo suits, extra vehicles, more buildings like massive ziplines, shelters from rain etc

Play on hard and do your best to get your cargo to its destination without a single % of damage. Its a fun challenge and its what the game is all about. I didnt think id like the game at first but thats also because i didnt get it before i played it. Rent it or somethin if u can its worth a try. If u try to brute force your way through the traveling then yeah it will be boring just like itd be boring to spam 1 button for an entire dmc playthrough

Moreso I’d say the main thing you should try is to try to set plans based on your map, you can get a 3d view of the topography of the map by pressing the touch pad and turning it, and as well using square, setting markers to be a form of guide to your destination, but I can understand! Its a solid game but due to its concepts and design its a bit hard to make videos on that aren’t hours long!

I honestly hope you continue it at some point because you seemed to enjoy it so much. Just so you realize, you're basically still within the "tutorial" part of the game, in the sense that it's a small isolated section where you just learn the mechanics. The real map and features including weapons and better ways of travelling are all once you leave that smaller, beginners map. So you really haven't even seen what the real gameplay loop is yet!

The game hits its stride once you are in chapter 3. It's a slow burn game for sure but a hell of a experience once you invest a certain amount of time into it.

You're still in the first area. Later on you get access to customize your backpack. You can add grenade and utility pouches so grenades and blood bags don't take up space. Use assault rifles on BT minibosses after painting them with hematic grenades. Access to skeletons like speed which makes you run fast and jump far. Rush the first few main missions to get the good stuff.
CZcamsrs need to have excellent commentary to make death stranding entertaining for their audience
