Nice!! Great signal from Chris.
Chris had a great solid signal . The condx changes rapidly and his signal faded away. It was a great time.
Love the scenery too
The San Luis Rey River nature park is 5 mins from my QTH. Too bad it doesn’t qualify for a POTA site since it is a county park. Thanks for watching Lidi!
Glad to see you were able to make a contact with Chris! 73, Patrick KF4LMZ
Band CNDX were not great. It was fun to get out and go portable at a non POTA park to see if any one would come back to me . It was a great for testing gear. Appreciate you watching and commenting!
Is that a left hand drive? awesome video!
@@W4EMB yes it is a left. I would love to get my hands on a right hand HJ61 turbo diesel though.
I feel famous lol! Love the music btw. Observations from my side of the QSO: I noticed Dugbo in my ham alert and I wasn't busy, so I hurried down to the shack. Good Sigs on the initial CQ but QSB came if fast. By the WX report the fading was strong but I was getting enough. I sent a full reply with WX and power levels that Dugbo didn't even hear.
It was great to work ur station in OH. You faded so fast and I was fiddling with filters to pull ur sig but it vanished. Look forward too many future QSOs - TNX Chris for buzzing me back it made my day!
Very nice!
Thanks J! This is my testing site for gear and setups .
