The wife, as it turns out, can build some pretty amazing furniture...

The wife has discovered that she has what it takes to build a lot of the furniture we'll need. She's been using the rough cut pine and hemlock from our property that our Amish friends milled for us. She planes it, sands it, stains or does a paint wash on it to the desired finish and it always looks awesome. This particular project is a queen sized bed for an upstairs guest bedroom. She made our master bedroom suite including a Queen bed, dresser and two night stands that turned out amazing. They'll last a lifetime too!
