Thanks a lot for your info. By the way, did you leave the solution into the printer head cap until next day (approx. 12hrs) or just a specific period of time (let say 10mins)?
What do you do with the solution after wet capping? Do you just leave it there and print as normal or do you have to do a nozzle flush or print head cleaning a couple times to get rid of it and then start printing again?
Heard good things about this printer how you liking it? Thinking of getting one
Its a nice machine once you get it set up and dialed in.
Did you set up machine your self or a technician did it??
We set it up ourselves but had the help of an overseas technician help remotely

how ofter do you have to replace print heads?
With proper maintenance, once every 12-18month
how many days to soak with solution on capping station?
This is just wet cap maintenance and not to fix any clogging. We can wetcap up to 3-4 days, if you are leaving the printer idle for longer periods, we recommend flushing the printhead and then using a vacation solution to keep the printhead moisturized. czcams.com/video/67ddwDbsqqw/video.html
