Great video! But i think the reason that people don't use the HE shell is because people would rather have pen and the higher potential of killing enemy then having a lower chance of kill an enemy. But using the HE shell sounds like good fun.

Panthers cant mantlet the t34 the problem with the he it cant kill tigers 2s because it has less than 40 pen and the ap works fine

People dont use he because 1 reason, if you use he as your main shell, your stupid. He is HIGH EXPLOSIVE. So tell me, what happens with your in your t34 with he and u face is3? where can u pen that??? hmm?

First off I have ap in my secondary shell slot If you saw that second, I'm pretty sure you can over pressure a is3 in the commander cupola but I'm not sure the shell is awesome I would expect higher skilled players to use it more

No the only reason why experienced player dont use it is because of bushes and lack of consistency
