I remain convinced Bob is a player who's become fully immersed.
He certainly had no trouble immersing himself in the viscera and blood of his enemies.
I think he was a companion, a NPC that goes along into adventures, so he is in the line between PC and NPC. So he ultimately became a PC on this timeline.

I think this would be absolutely amazing with Byron's character. The way he talks, and with his backstory, it could be the most epic interview ever. Especially when the interview gets turned around and he asks Sir Vey why he isn't coming to poker nights anymore, and how is he going to pay his tab after the mess he made last time with the god of luck.

Exactly! Despite everything, when push comes to shove, he's the one questioning murdering innocents and wanting to think things through. And out of the rest, he's the only one who seems to consider others as friends, instead of nuiscances. Which they arguably are, at times, all of them 😂

I started watching this D&D series a little while ago thinking " ~30min is the perfect length, there's so much content to watch.".... watched everything in like 4 days and all I want now is for the episodes to be like an hour long and for there to be released daily! The weekly wait is torture!

Sad truth of my life is that despite being a gamer & self proclaimed nerd, I have NEVER had the fortune of playing a D&D game. These episodes were my first real experience into the actual gameplay & mechanics.
Bob actually used to be my favorite and Rob my least because I kept feeling like he was being an ass but the more they all interrupted him and sometimes didn't appreciate him and how much he really, really planned everything...I now feel guilty about not liking him at first because he's my favorite. It took me getting not even halfway through the frost to start appreciating him and now (on episode 69 ((nice)) because of a LOT of health things. I originally started in 2021) I really, really love Rob and Bob. ❤❤❤
All you guys are really good actors, too, and I love it! Especially Rob.
There is a gaming channel I watch that does D&D campaigns at conventions and their DM (GM? I don't remember which he uses) introduces himself as "everyone else" and you really exemplify that.
Bob is a roaming adventurer whose happy place is inside anything that breathes, but Honeywood is Bodger's *home*. 😔
I've been waiting for this episode, loved it! Also now I find myself utterly hooked on the cliffhanger of Sir Vey's quest for a good name for the show. Will he ever know peace? Will we ever find out? No one knows.

These are always the best combination of witty and hilarious! And the insight we get into these characters is just fascinating! I mean, I always just pigeon-holed BOB as an embodiment of chaos with a side of hedonism and a touch of insanity (and perhaps a soupçon of acuity) and now, it’s nice to know I still feel the same!
Sir Vey continues to be a mysterious enigma with his clever wordplay and charming omnipotence - lack of titling ability not withstanding - and I desperately hope we get many more of these interviews, chats, inquiries… whatever they’re called!!
God of Inquisition: "You will have no memories of what happened here."
Meanwhile, Scabatha: "Did you just disappear for 9 minutes?"

Eventually SirVey will ask guests "What should the title of this show be?" - and someone will eventually provide him the answer. I mean, he's the god of inquisition, not the god of brainstorming show titles.

Thanks for this wonderful interview of one of my favorite series! :) Both Rob and Ben are great here (I love the interaction and the chemistry between them), and their characters are great too.
