I really liked this batrep. I think the ground level shots looked great. I liked the dice cam when it appeared. I think that the little cut-in thing on the left with the acting model was a nice touch as well. Keeping things at a fairly brisk pace makes it an easy watch
Yeah I was worried it was maybe too fast-paced but if it doesn't need to be hours long then I'd rather not inflate it to be too long
@@MisfitHobbies I did think it was a little too fast-paced... especially where you cut out the part where the settler eliminated a Super-mutant off-camera, but perhaps there was an equipment failure at that point? I played this scenario a few weeks ago @ Adepticon at the Modiphius booth; my first experience with Fallout: Wasteland Warfare. In our demo the Super-mutants CRUSHED the Survivors pretty easily. A couple of my friends went back a second time and the same thing happened again. Not sure what was different for us... maybe deployment or terrain layout or simplified rules for confused beginners but it came off feeling like the Super-mutants were unstoppable. I've since picked up the starter box and have found it more balanced than that first demo. Funny to see the Mutants get demolished here in your game; it was completely the opposite for us! lol

It's really hard scenario for Supermutants, Tbh I never won it playing SM xD But it's good for introducing new players, if they play Survivors of course! Very good battle report, especially like close ups on models!
Funny enough I played this same scenario the next evening as the Super Mutants and kicked the Survivors asses, it's a pretty swingy scenario that really can go either way
@@MisfitHobbies Yeah, if only Mutants goal was to kill everyone they would win it almost every time. But as soon as Survivors release Dogmeat than, oh boy, massacre begins xD It also looks easy to roll for Supermutants traps, but I failed this test sooo many times!

I liked the dice cam when it appeared as well. Maybe it could be utilized more, especially for significant rolls like the Brute’s near the end of the match against Nora. Also, could you explain how you painted the scatter terrain barricades? I loved them.
Awesome I'll try and make a point of having that dice cam there more often :) Oh no! Funny I had thought of doing a little piece as I was putting together the terrain barricades but I didn't :(

Nice vid, buuut bonus for the survivors is strong armour and it is reduced to 1 SA for unique models and no bonus to normal survivors

Thanks so much! Honestly it’s all personal preference, definitely pick up a starter set but from there just pick up the core boxes of the factions you like from the Fallout lore or think look pretty cool :)

So they're a mixture, some are from 4Ground who are no longer around and the big warehouse is from Ziterdes
