These girls started in a religious high school at 14 while in detention for being kids with disciplinary issues.
It’s been 6-7 yrs and and having gone through and being tolerant of the challenges they were facing from their own families, relatives, village, community and social media they’ve shown their strength, resilience and determination throughout their music and lyrics.
It’s never been about their voices guys. They are only in their early 20s (20/21) but you wouldn’t have known that did you having listened to their music. Even had ppl here who thought they’d fake their music and didn’t even play their own instruments. Joke.
Anyway if you’re truly impressed and interested in their music you wouldn’t wait to be be prompted and spoon fed. You’d hunt and look for them like I did 😂😂

As a BALADCEPROT (VOB Fan Base), I (we) really Appreciate You ... We can start to dive and take a journey together with VOB ...
I always tell 4 Points to everyone or Reactor who new to VOB that they should know ... Backstory Life - Music and Lyric - Skill and Talent - Attitude ... Most of their original songs are based on their experience life ...
Little FACT : When you were 14-15 yo ... Being little girls wearing hijab ... Raising in poor family ... Living in the small village ... Going to school by walking about 2-3 hours everyday ... No internet connection ... Do not know about musical instrument ... Got bullied and persecutions ... No support at all from family, everyone and society ... So you really need extra ordinary FAITH and BRAVERY ... And that is VOB !!!
And in my humble opinion VOB is just like KIDS who feel confusing why there's so many chaos, injustices, intolerance, and so many more bad things in the world ... They just try to think a simple mind that why can't we just doing some nice and good things in this world ...
So, all they can do now is SCREAMING Out Loud by their Music and Lyrics and WISHING everyone will listen to and think about all of these ...
NEWS FACT : Since its inception, VOB has been the subject of discussion for a number of major global media outlets, including The New York Times, NPR, BBC, DW and The Guardian, who feature them on their online publications pages. VOB was recently named by heavy metal and rock magazine Metal Hammer as "The Metal Band The World Needs Today"

"God, Allow Me (Please) to Play Music". This single came after the personnel consisting of three veiled women experienced a bit of intolerance in the environment. Criticism and stigma came and went from all directions and almost made them want to give up on the music scene in 2016.
"The more we try to avoid criticism, distanced himself, it became even more vicious, it provoked us to fight even more outspokenly," VoB vocalist and guitarist Firdda "Marsya" Kurnia said in an official statement.
"We want people listening to this song to be more tolerant of other people. God does not belong to just one person or a group of people," said Marsya.
"So, everyone has the right to creation, and the responsibility for their creation is given by God," Marsya continued.
