Ingredients:
500g Meat Mince (washed)
2 Tbsp. Breadcrumbs
½ tsp. Black Pepper Powder
2 Garlic Cloves
Plain Flour (for dusting)
1 Cup Onion
½ Tbsp. Ginger / Garlic Paste
1 Green Chilli
½ cup Tomato
1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder

Coriander (for garnishing)
Cooking Oil
Salt to Taste

Fatima, thank you very much for sharing this great recipe. I cooked it this evening. Even though I missed a few ingredients, it was very tasty! Next time I'm making this every single ingredient, it will only be better. I have to say, the way you teach Desi recipes, makes cooking really fun and easy. That's important, because a lot of Desi recipes take quite an amount of time to prepare. But in the end, they are always worth it. :)
