I am legally obliged to say I “had fun” during this “game” and can’t wait to “come back next time”.
Did you actually lose that badly? I wasn't counting wounds, but you killed several multi-wound models, and I thought wounds saved with fate also counted.
Once again demonstrating the best strategy in MESBG: Just roll 6s.

I keep forgetting, that it is winter in down under
yeah bofurs the worst, right up until you need somebody to go slap a barrow wight or not get magicked off an objective. the fact that his resist is for spells AND special rules is huge. like dragon fire is a special rule. dude can just walk up to smaug and say 'spit, you bitch'. doesnt need to re-roll for rumil etc. plus he's one of only two with heroic resolve. the first dwarfs to get cut for me are always fili and kili then nori(if no bilbo). run the rest of the dwarfs and slap th oaken shield on thorin gives you a pretty sick 600 list.

Fun facts about Azog, is that with the stone flail his fight value can’t go above 6 in the FAQ on the stone flail. Also! He could’ve used the white wargs fate to potentially block those wounds and stay alive. Awesome battle report none the less! Really enjoy your content
Hey! Didn’t actually declare I was using the flail in that combat, so would keep the F7 on Azog and strike from there. Was essentially just there because it was on the model, and for killing anything where he was guaranteed the higher fight value!

This was fun to watch! Even if the dice rolls were something that one would like to save for a tournament, they told a nice story :)
So Thorin could have turned around and charged, but he did not want to lose any dwarves so he ran.

9:05 isn't the thrown rider rolled the exact moment the warg is killed? If yes shouldn't Bolg be trapped since he rolled one and have double the rest of the strikes on him?

It looks like you forgot about the lords of battle special rule. Heroes get a might back if they kill enemy hero in a fight
In the video we stated that from the start we had decided not to use it because it could cause a big swing in a very casual game
