the resonator, acoustic guitar combo is genius. finally somebody can play acoustic pop and you can tell the two guitars apart sonically. it's literally such a pleasant mix

+Joan Wilcox sure in far out (theres a version around without the chipmunk voice), beagle 2 (electric version), he was part of the cast of from popstar to opera star, and he did backing vocals on fat les, other band he had after blur!
+London Bones yeah dave becomes backing vocal in Think Tank era such as Tender, Girls & Boys, Popscene and Crazy Beat
Alex does the backing vocals in On Your Own in an acoustic set on here somewhere, not sure why though since Graham always does that part

I love Blur, but this performance is a textbook definition of ‘contractual obligation’.
Honestly this cover is pretty awful. I adore their music in general, but it just sounds uninspired. Like they have a massive hangover. Like they're 20 years older than they actually are.
I love the album version though.
