What if the pepper and tomatoes are frozen ? Do I have to wait for the pepper and tomatoes to defrost or I can clean the pepper and tomatoes while frozen and then roast?

I think she did cause it's quite watery. But you re not supposed to add water when making your Roasted peepers tomato paste.
