Having the same issue. I bought my ultra around 2 weeks ago… the guy said the charger was not working so knocked £100 off. I managed to find a video and fixed it and how I did that was by turning my socket (uk) on/off 3 times and it rebooted the charger. Since then I’ve been out on it Friday just gone just came in to put it on charge now and it’s doing the same thing again. Apparently it’s a thing called battery voltage drop. Shit should work whether the battery is on 90% or 20%. Chargers are made shite!
We got a replacement charger from the warranty for free. But you can also buy a 15a yellow charger from Alibaba for around $250. It's $300+ everywhere else.

You can replace the cable that goes from the charger to the battery. There’s essentially a kink in the cable somewhere causing a small short
