This version is better than the album version, which sands down Charlie's vocal, losing the soulful quality, and layers studio trickery which does not improve the song. Great interview, better performances!

What he was explaining about the limitations of 8 tracks, is one of the big reasons why many fans were excited about the Mono Remasters from decades ago. The original albums in the UK, up until Abbey Road, were all recorded with Mono in mind. The US releases had Stereo, but with the odd panning he explained.
