The house is currently under renovation and will soon be a beautiful home once again.
The owner, Barry, recently messaged a few people and requested in a polite manner that all explorers and paranormal investigators refrain from visiting the property.
This is because the house is now a building site and is unsafe to visit.
I'm so happy it will be lived in again. It's such a nice place

Grand houses up and down the country of great statue should always be renovated to how they should look from when they was first built . I'm glad it's going back that way. .
Think I'd hesitate living there tbh wouldn't like the goings on.

That was a ton of fun! What a great location. Aesthetically spooky. I'm such a massive skeptic these days. I've seen a thousand fake videos and a thousand more photos, none of which prove anything paranormal. The Ouija Brothers are literally the only team I watch anymore. The fact that you guys are willing to admit that what you do doesn’t necessarily prove that the paranormal is real and that some of your experiences, Whilst seeming paranormal, could be logically explained just proves how real and honest you guys are. I feel like all the people on CZcams who fake paranormal investigations and experiences put a bad taste in peoples mouths, which makes it hard for real paranormal investigators like you guys to be taken seriously, so it’s good to see people like you guys being successful. The very first "knock" in the kitchen sounded like it may have been a water drip. It was right near the sink too. Could there have been a small drip from under the sink, or the sink tap?
There is no running water in the place but can never rule it out.
I liked this video, great work! Could be that these faint knock were water drops? On my side of the headphones it sounded like dripping water. There was a sink nearby... do you know if this location still got water?

Solid investigation guys. That place was beautiful. It definitely warrants a return trip for sure. You guys should bring Paul&Mark@Ghosts On Trent. This is one of those locations you need to go back too over&over again. That running up the stairs sounded like it was done by a child Ste. Oh and in the beginning in the kitchen were you had ??? from the disembodied voice, it sounded like a male saying Yeah) in a breathy voice answering you guys.
