Yeah, those were big. I always wonder if guys who fish those areas make it thru the inlets only to find that it's not much better any where. Certainly not fish-able and end up turning right back around and go thru the inlet again.
Johnson Owen both are nasty inlets. But I've been out of Oregon inlet about 20 times and hatteras inlet about 40 times in my boat. I prefer going out the inlet where the fish are, lol

Yeah I’ve been out of Hateras like 20 times and it’s just a little bit easier then Oregon Inlet cause it’s so shallow
