I have an idea for a sculpture!!! You should make the inside of a water silo. like a super tall one with a monster at the bottom! one of my biggest fears is swimming in a silo when the bottom is pitch black. i feel like that would make a really cool phobia episode!

This person's skill just blows my mind. I have watched many of Minibricks videos and have a massive respect for them. I am a mere novice who aims one day to be just half as good as this person. Could anyone please enlighten me as to what material the wave is made of. The blocks that are used to make the wave at time stamp 0.08.
The wave is made out of 2 part epoxy(resin), if that’s what you’re asking.

This is a heater. It's called Penoplex. This is how I insulated my house during construction
The final wave was made out of resin and the wave made for the silicone mold was made out of styrofoam/ the stuff one of the comments was used as insulation
It also says resin in the title

Le rendu est magnifique mais Je suis toujours étonné par la perte de matiere au départ. Alors qu'il serait si facile de couper les morceaux en suivant des lignes de niveau approximatives.
Te habría quedado ya perfecto si hubieras seguido añadiendo detalles de espuma blanca por toda la ola y usado rotuladores al pintar la tabla para que te hubiese quedado un trazo más firme

It takes me an hour to get home from work. It’s usually at night and I always take this shortcut through this dark dusty road. I rarely see cars on the road and my biggest fear is being watched from the trees. Even worse being stranded. I’m from Florida and there’s a lot of swampy forest all around. It’s only a 10 minuet ride but it’s so unsettling. That could be your inspiration for one sculpture one day!

So impressive and so detailed! For the record I have viewed this video after the Ophelia video(which was so lovely). I am once again so very impressed with your techniques and talent. I meant to compliment you on your skills with painting eyes and realistic flesh.
Are there videos where you detail the products you use? In this case specifically the manner in which you molded the wave. You used a rubbery substance on the exterior of the sculpt and then enveloped that mold with a mesh/adhesive. I would greatly appreciate even general materials please. Take care.
I believe they just used a 2-part silicone mold mix first, then added a layer of plaster cloth on top of the silicone for rigidity.

What exactly is it that you spray on the resin to give it the gloss polished look after using abrasive tools to sculpt your desired effects?
Also, I am assuming you are using a UV light to speed up drying time, but what exactly is that liquid you are using (for the highlights on the wave and under the surf board?
