For tickets sure. Not for hotels tho. Cracow is like a pretty far corner of the country, most people booked hotels months in advance and I'm pretty sure in the majority of cases they won't be able to just cancel it. Ariana is literally just avoiding the whole country at this point and tbh I agree with people, I honestly wouldn't want to see her live anywhere. The concert wouldn't be all that hard to reschedule especially since she keeps adding dates in other places. It really is awful to her fans who are mostly pretty young and emotional too

I'm Polish but I live in the UK. When I visit Poland I use £ not zł. You don't understand what a shock it is for me every time when I visit it. Yes for me it is cheaper because of £ but when I think about how much this costs in zł and how much a normal person earns, almost all of these prices are crazy. Living in Poland is quite expensive so spending 500zł on a concert ticket, trust me that's A LOT of money, especially for young adults (talking 16-25) that work in the more fast industries (H&M, Starbucks etc) this can be someone's rent money. As of now (from what I checked) 500zł is only £100. That's why addressing this would be so important! Yes people will be still upset over the money but at least they will have a reason behind it, a glimpse of hope.
It’s justifiable that people are pissed. Concert cancelled 3 times and with no explanation. Not only do you pay to attend the concert, there are other expenses involved too. And even when the concert ticket is refunded, you don’t even get the full fee back. There’s usually no refund of booking/handling and insurance fees. A proper explanation, and not a deleted tweet, would have been the least she could have done.
we all know that we appreciate the hard work she does for her fans, but personally it's not nice to ignore them like that.. i mean imagine you are a die hard fan and spend A LOT of your or your mothers hard work money, and then don't get the money back AND you can't see you idol, where you did this all for.. i feel deeply sad for these fans who already paid for everything ;(

I'm not going to neccesarily say that Ari doesn't care about the Poland fan base but instead say that her company doesn't care. They are prioritizing other countries over Poland 100%. A unfortunate mistake or an act of bad planning does NOT happen 3 times like that. Ari needs to speak up and the company needs to apologize and make the show up.

We Poles love receiving attention from other nations since we aren't that big of a country after all. So when we are left out of a conversation we should be clearly apart of it's easy for most of us to get angry and send insults left and right (and remember that wasn't the first time we didn't get the excuse).

I think it’s disrespectful of her to chose not to address it in a way that isn’t in replies on twitter and such. Especially because in my eyes, her reply doesn’t say anything at all. She takes for granted that her fans will continue to stand by her and continue to buy tickets but it’s extremely hard to even just afford a “cheap” ticket for her concert. She should address it and give it the same amount of attention that she gave America and Vietnam. I completely agree that she should have made a public announcement and apologize for canceling another concert, but I also feel like some people fail to realize that those rescheduled/cancelled concerts were originally near the 1 year anniversary of Mac’s death. I’m sure she would have a hard time performing due to that so I understand. But I do wish the situation was handled a bit better.

I am not even an Ariana fan but, I agree, that hating and disrespecting her isn’t the solution because, 2018 was probably her hardest year yet. Death does something to a person when you are in love with/it’s family. With Mac dying, it probably is taking a toll. (Ie YT vids of her sobbing lately.) she needs time. On the other side, I understand fans in Poland bc it’s the THIRD time and it very expensive to see your favorite artist in concert. You can’t get any money usually 30 to 45 days before the date so they are out are 400-600 min. She SHOULD make a formal statement (not just tweet) and not make any dates in Poland until she can do 2 dates in a row there. Make the tickets people have for the third cancellation date good for 1 of the new dates she schedules hypothetically. Make Poland your first and second drop so “routing” isn’t an issue. Anyways, at least refund ticket sales. And cancel the tour and really take time to heal.
