Exploring the Breath-taking Landscapes of the Lake District, England

The Lake District also known as the Lakeland is a stunning region in Cumbria, North West of England. Renowned for its breath-taking landscapes of lakes mountains and countryside. It's England's largest national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Lake District's Scaffold Pike is the highest mountain in England at 978m tall. Ride your bike around the stunning landscape & many mountain passes including the 'Hard Knot Pass' known for its dramatic and challenging drive featuring steep gradients and tight hairpin bends. It stands at a maximum elevation of 393 metres or 1289 feet. The pass shares the title of the steepest road in England having a maximum gradients of 1-3 or about 33%. The pass offers an adventurous route for those seeking a thrilling ride in the heart of the Lake District.
