Brain in the chat: you are probably just really temp sensitive, for me it’s like a sensory issue, I deal with the same thing. Also fun fact: women are better at regulating their body temperatures. Other causes can be caffeine intake, B12 deficiency or overactive hypothalamus. Happy birthday king!!!
I also overheat when I'm tired! I think it's because your body temperature decreases when you sleep, so your blood rushes to your skin when you're tired, allowing it to get cooled down from the environment and making your overall body temp lower but making you feel warm and flushed. This is just a guess, though.

hey guys, body temperature dysregulation is common with thyroid issues. both my mom and i have hyperthyroidism and we both react extremely to temperatures and cannot naturally regulate our temp. maybe look into it!

i live in a really hot, dry environment and I'm super sensitive to extreme heat as well but I've found using tea tree shampoo and tea tree body wash in the morning can be super cooling for my day and mitigates my sensitivity
