Great video, Im in the US with a dead dryer of my Wife’s. I was hoping there was a fuse in the US plug, but sadly not. You can test and reset a GFI, but that didnt get it working either.
My girls hairdryer died just out of warranty. 2 vacs have broke also. Dyson is like an old english Jaguar. All flashy and performs great if you can keep it running! DYSON you make me sick with your garbage.
Thankyou, this has been an ongoing problem I've had for the last 10months. Cleaning the filter gets it working but i have to keep it ona low setting. Just called them and apparently a virtual engineer is contacting me in 24hrs to sort the problem??? Interested to see what they will do.
Let us know how it goes. Remember its a product fault and not yours. Make sure its not at your cost to sort the hairdryer providing its within warranty.
They aren’t answering the phone tried several times no answer emails taking days to answer bought loads of Dysons in the past ,never buying any of there products again. The quality has gone right down and there trading on there name much better products out there now.
Hi Terry , that is annoying. When you pay for a premium product you expect premium after sales. Keep trying mate as you will get a replacement depending on how old it is.

Mine only works if the cable it as at angle almost like a dodgy iPhone charger😂 any suggestions?

I can't register mine. I bought it in Saudi Arabia.

Hi Robin , I would imagine there is plenty fakes out there but the one in the video is original bought via Dyson.
