Are you all able to do a video on the job market around Lower Alabama? Maybe a video or series of what some of the locals do to make a living that allows them to live in those small towns away from the larger "metro" areas where there are more job opportunities to afford to sustain living somewhere like the Eastern Shores. Love all the other informative videos by the way!

You have to put in the work to market your business but yes, everyone needs to pressure/sotwash their house and outdoor areas!
I'm curious if you looked at Pace and Milton, Florida, or just Pensacola.
Taxes & insurance are too high! Wasn't worth looking into for us
@LivingInLowerAlabama Thanks for the reply. There is no income tax, but the property tax must make up for it. I know Bama has the second lowest property tax rate, and that makes sense. Insurance is outrageous in Florida.
@@jimagent1826 exactly! I don't mind paying a little bit but when insurance and property taxes are as high as they are in FL, it doesn't make sense!
We just sold our condo on 30-a, and we are looking to move to a place on a nice lake, spring, or bay. We need to be pretty close to decent medical. we are old farts, & we have health issues. But N. FL. and Alabama is home.
