Another canonical cover I got for this ques is :{B->C, C->A, C->B, A->C}

same . I think she messed up in AC->B . instead of removing this AC->B as C->B exist. She change AC->B to A->B.
B--->C , C---->A
this means , B---->A , according to transitivity.
so i GUESS , we can do it like this {B->A,C->B,A->C}.

7:30 this is as good as splitting LHS of an FD (which is not allowed). Since AB-C is not the same as A-C & B-C. Clarification would be appreciated.
A-C means a can derive c.(If there is a there will be c for sure). B-C means that b can derive c. (if there is b there will be c for sure)
AB-C means that a and b both combined can be used to derive c. The values of both a and b determines the value of c. so we can only say that if both are present,then only c is present and not if one of them. Hope its clear.
