Peter came with his British ways. Half of the money. It's either you believe in my product or you dont.
All three (Lori, Peter, and Kevin) for 30% could have been a great counter offer. As abrasive as chef wonderful can seem on the show, he does had the connections and the customer base to make a niche product be successful.
Too much equity to give up. Lori and Peter have more than enough muscle to blow things up.
