When I went there I saw so much trash and I just seen people throwing their cans in the water. It made me so mad. I jumped in and grabbed them. I think I found 15 bottles and around 12 cans and a few pieces of plastic. Remember to always leave a place cleaner then when u got there.

Unfortunately all the little secret places are being blown up by the internet and getting trashed. We forgot to teach the selfie generation the rules of Leave No Trace!

Went to God's Bath last week and it was very clean. Came across a few pairs of socks while hiking in from the bridge, but that was it.

Grew up in Sonora and the 80s and 90s we would never see anyone. There’s a few hidden places that social media hasn’t found yet and only found working for the forest service.

Found it and ruined it for locals. Out of towners need to learn to pack their trash out or stay home

This is a very dangerous river especially in spring and early summer. This year it will be long before it is safe to swim. Numerous people have died here. Another one lost last week. Yes locals are tired of the garbage but even worse are the deaths and dangerous body recoveries that follow and the broken hearts of friends and families.

I have been to a place like this in Oregon called Swiss Cheese. Holes everywhere. Don't try to swim in one hole and out the other. Nice diving cliff there too.

I’m a local and I haven’t been there since 2008 because of all the people coming there and ruining the place because it’s always packed.

And with an ever increasing population, it's not just California places trashed. Been to a Utah national or state park lately?
