My Dad was generous enough to take the family to the Bahamas and snorkelling was my favourite I could do it all day. I went scuba diving twice but that is more nerve wracking. Snorkelling is relaxing and addictive. I wish I had the opportunity to do it again.
Oh, how beautiful is Bali!! Makes me miss it so so much! I taught kindergarten in Indonesia, just outside of Jakarta, back in the mid-90s, and we teachers got to go to Bali twice. We stayed at either a very low cost hotel or a boarding house with former missionaries in Denpasar. We visited the beautiful hotels in Bali and paid for a meal there; thus, we were able to hang out all day using their pool and beachfront accommodations!! Our favorite was a place just outside Tanah Lot Hindu temple. The view from those cliffs were amazing!! I am so so happy for you all getting to go spend time there! What a beautiful, fantastic paradise treat!! Happy 20th Anniversary, dear Nate and Ruth!! Bali is like Hawaii on steroids. I was actually amazed at how nice it looks. Your adventure took me back to my anniversary trip to Ixtapa many years ago. I'm happy you were able to create such memories for your 20th anniversary.

What an amazing trip! So glad you could take it! You're not kidding about the cost being half I've been doing some price checking to go anywhere and it seems like the US just wants to keep us in. Maybe some day!
We quickly came to the conclusion that since we live in Asia, might as well vacation here too (it being much cheaper)

They have pool at the airport. The airport is so cool and the hotel look nice. Your guys room look so nice and same with the view too. The food look so delicious. The hotel pool looks so pretty. The town is pretty. The view look so beautiful. The rock look like a dinosaur. The Bolognese food look so delicious. You guys have fun with snorkeling and under water looks so pretty.

31:00 the fish actually wouldn't do this in the wild, they only do this cause the employee in such shops don't feed the fish so they starve and thats why the fishes eat the crusty stuff from your feet
