This is one of the hardest videos I have ever filmed. I kept the footage mostly raw so I could show how truly painful these cramps can be.
From the manufacturer: The ingredients are the same, but I've added a new step. They now have oleoresin capsaicin or OC added to them. That's the stuff they make pepper spray out of. I make it by taking my dried ground reapers and concentrating the capsaicin contained in them, by dissolving the capsaicin with 195 proof alcohol and then evaporating the alcohol. To recap the chip making process the chips are dipped in my hot sauce, OC is brushed on, and the chips are finally coated with ground reapers.

Thanks for the concern everyone. These cramps lasted an hour and I was ok after that. One of the gnarliest tings I have ever experienced. I got the same cramps in Las Vegas from the death wings but those cramps lasted 30 hours.

Dear Brian. First of all, I am really sorry for the pain you went through, I am a psycho chillihead too, so I know excatly this horrible feeling. For any other crazy challenges like this I have to recommend one sollution for this insane pain - before eating any kind of devil’s tail extract smash few spoonfuls of mayonnaise or anything thick and fat as hell. You might have known that. But what only we - chilliheads from Poland - know is that the only thing which reduces capsaicine inside your system is vodka or other „high voltage” alkohol drink. And don’t forget to protect your butthole with some vaseline - there is nothing worse than feeling of pooping a burning cactus. Much love from Poland for you and whole Revive/Force/Braille team!

It's so funny when the raw footage starts and Justin just casually walks in the room sits down eating ice cream.
The only reason why Justin made it through it without the cramps was because he went to the ice-cream right away. Brian had no ice-cream at all.

Justin wasn't affected in the same way because he started eating the ice cream almost immediately after eating the chip. Capsaicin is soluble in fat so it saved his stomach lining from the brunt of the damage.

What a roller coaster of emotion! Oh my goodness! I’m glad you’re okay! Been there not from heat but I’ve had stomach issues ever since I can remember and it’s like nothing can distract you, literally clothes on your body is painful. (TMI) but that stomach cramp that has you strippin’ on the toilet lmao! Is there literally nothing that can make this better? I really would love to increase my tolerance but I’m terrified of the stomach implications because it hates me when I eat spice even though I love it so so much! I think it’s because I have ulcers and my whole abdominals just get so angry. Lmao!!

Man, I felt bad for you brian and concerned. I watched the wings incident a while back and hearing you say "it's like the death wings" gave me chills. Like once you consumed it,there's no going back. You are a true champion 😎 I have had this experience but with lactose...if I eat anything with it, it could put me out for hours or even days(before I knew what it was)a very bad time 🤢🤮☹

Do you ever bring fans on to do these with you? I did the death nut 2.0 after watching you guys. The challenge itself was crazy, but the next morning I woke up to a volcano in my stomach. You guys are my spicy idols!!
Brian, be very careful my dude. I started using ghost and Carolina reaper peppers in my cooking a couple years ago. It can definitely lead to problems, both with your stomach and esophagus... dyspepsia and GERD to mention a few. Just a heads up, stomach cramps and spasms is what queued me to the growing issue and the only thing to help was cutting the spice down DRASTICALLY. Be safe sir, the SQ needs you. Cheers.

Glad you're alright. I ate a fresh ghost pepper once and the cramps hit a couple hours later, to the point I dropped to my knees in tears. One of the most brutal and scary painful moments in my life. I thought I was going to need an ambulance. The cramps are what make me second guess the ultra hot challenges. I can handle the hot challenge parts of "in" and "out"... but those cramps in the middle..... no thanks.

Those cramps are why I don't fuck with super super hot stuff anymore. I had it once off of some hot sauce on an empty stomach and I thought my stomach was going to rupture. It's a top 3 pain I've ever felt. I still love hot food but "challenge" level hot I don't fuck with
Pepper cramps are weird. I've gotten them from things I eat on a regular basis sometimes, but then I'll eat something that roasts my mouth, and no cramps. I definitely don't enjoy them, and I've been where Brian is here. 6 to 8 hours of stabbing pain in your stomach just sucks.
I've had the most painful experience of my life from eating the "Fourhorseman burger" at Chunkys, from San Antonio stomach cramps from hell!! I'll only do all natural chile pepper products; no extracts

The doc put me on a med that had a side effect of intensifying spicy stuff. I wanted to test that and ate a large ghost pepper. Intense cramps, body sweats, vomiting. I'm glad you are ok.
