190kg Snatch
Moradi snatched 200kg and c&j 240 as an off season 94kg. Clarence is amazing but it's silly to compare training lifts to competition lifts.
That 265kg squat set to failure, a sight to behold.
Seriously insane. Every time he went for another rep I’m sat here going ‘no….. no not another one…. SURELY NOT?!?…… HES GOING AGAIN????!!!!’
Absolute mad man
To be able to have that weight on your back for that long, let alone squat it that many times, is truly insane
His physical strength is unbelievable but his mental is insane
@@makeascene1587 thats what training on steriods can do, hes fucking incredible and works extremely hard with great genetics but when you're on gear you can train like that, your body just keeps going its hard to explain

shaquan parson is my only exception, check him out for like 5 minutes
Yeah his tricking skills are unbelievable. Moves like a 135lb ninja
Wilt Chamberlain is in those most athletic people, he can do an even better pneumatic pump

Just a reminder that he's doing this all beltless without knee sleeves. Absolute madman

And an Olympic squat, not that sumo bs
And vegan
@@tom420guitar Veganism actually increased his performance.
And natty
Clarence: squats 265kg for 10reps
Barbell: *please i have a family*
This is the guy in all the online games, taht maxed out every stat and completed the game, while still wearing the basic skin. These guys are the most dangerous ones
99.9% of the people on this planet will never go through mentally what this man does weekly. Some of these sets are truly RPE 11. Clarence is a God Tier lifter.
my dog
And he is vegan.*○*
@Timothy True, but we can use steroids all we want and never come near te weights Clarence is pulling off. His Genetics and mental are insane
Olympics reject vegans ))))
@Timothy there's so many factors that go into it dude.
Some people are huge before roids and hardly notice anything during cycle. Others blow up and get huge. Some people gain crazy strength. Some people are crazy strong to begin with. Some people are tall, some short, some wide some thin. The human body varies so so much.
When I was on cycle I hardly gained size at all but gained at least 20% on all my lifts and my endurance went through the roof.
You can clearly tell his bone structure, joint cartilage, tendons are all very dense for his size. Guy basically has the full package.
But yes obviously on gear to push weight no natty could possibly do and maybe 0.1% of guys on gear could ever do.
The only thing more impressive than Clarences lifts is standing right next to Clarence lifting and not watching him. Props to that girl, idk how she just casually looks away when divinity is happening right in front of her.
He's impressive for his size but not to elite powerlifters like Larry Wheels, John Haack, Kevin Oakes, Jamal Browner, etc.
@@ytsux9259 Quite different expertise and ability- Clarence can deadlift/squat deeper and with more agility due to being a weightlifter. Guys like Larry Wheels could never move quick enough or accurately enough to stand up from the jerk with 220 over their heads, without putting in the work on those kinds of lifts.
she doesn't care how much he can lift
It’s a very Irish thing in commercial gym in Ireland especially people tend not to look because it can come across as rude and keep to themselves
@@ytsux9259 I mean he's not a powerlifter and doesn't train for powerlifting (yet). I doubt any of the dudes you just mentioned are able to snatch 400ish (though Larry's OHP is freaky, but he also walks at near 300 pounds) or C&J near 500. Doesn't mean they aren't great, just different disciplines.
0:46 imagine doing your own thing, minding your own business, and a guy throws down 190kg next to you from over his head
I'd never workout near him. Might accidently die some day.

i cant get over the 265kg x10, a 20kg steel bar trembeling and wobbeling like a rubber band in absolute fear of death. AND HE REPS IT xD
Range of Motion is Gold Level, not to mention, straps, powersuit, glove, and lifting belt are almost non existent! Beast indeed
He's just a beast tbh
Gloves and powersuit lmao what
I'll never get tired of seeing 0:42. These two people just piss chilling, warming up, and then a dude snatches 99% of the WR of his weight class and almost drops the weight at them. And they don't even glance to see wtf he's doing. They don't get out the way. They don't even take a sec to 'mire the goddamn mass this absolute freak moved from the floor to above his head. Mad
Probably very familiar with him. Maybe not by name, but if you see a big dude lifting crazy weights at your gym it just becomes normal.

Clarence is simultaneously the most Clarence and least Clarence, Clarence to ever Clarence.
I know Clarence said the extra muscle was hindering his lifts, but man he looked awesome.
I was searching for the interview he said about that in the other day to show to a college, but I couldn't find it anymore, do you remember what was the one he said that? :)

You’re right, lots of people use PEDs but not lots of people can do what he does.
@@makeascene1587 : also clarence is untested so he's free of doing whatever he wants/needs, whereas professional weightlifters need to pass tests.
I don't care if he uses PED's or not, I just want whatever this guy is on. Sure I wouldn't even get near this level anyway, even if stopped aging, got juiced to the grills and continued to lift weights for like a whole century. It still doesn't change the genetics that you're born with. But it's worth a try, at the very least.
@@Lyingfigure they are tested, just sometimes the results arent disclosed
Clarence is an absolute beast. The amount of weight he is moving is unbelievable, massive respect 🙏
The more impressive thing is his agility. I saw a video of him doing crazy flip movements. It is very rare to have this level of strength and agility at the same time. Absolutely beast!
Love how he walks his squat out past the spotter bars at the beginning, I assume it's because of his depth, but still funny to see
i think its in case he has to drop it
Professor Dumbledore would be so proud.
The squat depth is a work of freaking art.
His strength to his body weight is just INSANE. what a damn unit. Love to watch him lift
I love Clarence. He has admitted he isn't natural. Not diminishing his hard work what so ever. Dude is a beast. Just giving some perspective.
Yes it is worth noting the guys at the Olympics are drug tested (not drug free necessarily) so comparing their record might not be completely fair
Idc what you inject you'll never move weight like this

You know, as a farm kid I was always told I was ridiculously strong for being 5-7 and 125.
I could crush what most kids would put up because I did it every night after school.
And then, I met the weight club.
Only thing I was better at was range if motion at that point.
This guy brought back memories of watching a dude leg press over 1k.
And the boys lifting a smart car and putting it in our gym
Youre 5'7 125. Of course you arent that strong lmao.
@@joys8634 for my size? I'm pretty decent.
And in my opinion a dude who weighs 160 and can loft 600 is alot cooler then a dude who weighs 600 and can lift 1200.
My muscle efficiency is ridiculously higher then a power lifters.
But my top abilities don't come close.
Farmer muscle, practical range of motion work, and high impact stress on your joints ligaments and bones will make you stronger at everything barring straight mechanical up and down motions.
I can wrestle a year old bull into the mud head first, Eddie fucking haul couldn't do that. And he is FOUR of me even with his weight cut for boxing.
Well he might be able to now with his new found cardio, would be neat to see.
Different muscles for different jobs you know :)
But yeah, I'm no hulk. Nor do I eat more then 4k a day.
@@FeedMeSalt You are not more muscle efficient. Smaller guys being strong for their size isn't impressive, because of physics. An ant can lift many times it's weight, yet if an ant were the size of a human, it wouldn't be able to walk because it wouldn't be strong enough. This is why in powerlifting, they use a Wilks formula to compare different sized lifters. A 150 pound guy benching 300 pounds isn't nowhere close to as impressive as a 300 pound guy benching 600. Because of physics.
Youre completely delusional withthe bull wrestling etc. 5-7 125lbs is a fucking twig you would get murdered in any physical confrontation
I was 125 lbs when I was 10 😄

Olympic Weights except hes on twice the juice peds that the Olympian athletes are trying to hide because no ones testing that guy lol
It's most impressive to consider his form, especially on squat, is technically inefficient and would hold most lifters back from getting anywhere near those numbers. But I defer to the old saying: what works will work until it doesn't.
You think he’s using a lot of back with that squat?
you’re tweaking bro that’s how all weightlifters squat, most powerlifters squat to parallel
These are his numbers using the squat as training tool rather than a competitive lift,
If he went down a powerlifter road he might squat more, but he doesn’t train for “max weight” on the bar per say, but to be as strong and controlled as possible in the c&j and snatch
We could probably argue too tho, that training like this would vastly increase ur ceiling if u took a few months to specialise for max weight on the bar afterward , (rather than training like that from the start)
It doesn't look that inefficient to me. The form does look less clean than Lu xiaojun's squats but that's because his leverages aren't as good as his.
His form is efficient for his build. There is no such thing as universal squat form.
Weighlifting Tricking and all things considered the most remarkable athletic specimen I've ever come across
he's strong but he didn't break any world record, he weights 98-103 kilos right now, he would have to lift 200 to tie current world record snatch and 242 to tie current world record in c&j, and if you go to the history he would have to lift 210 to tie zakharevich's record in snatch and 254 in c&j to tie same athlete, he's a media lifter and done
Great synopsis of the situation at hand Sir!
He nevertheless holds Irelands historical record in the under 94kg when he competed in the European juniors.....
the fact he can even move up in that negative movement alone is ridicolous with those weights
Guy single handedly redefined the type of person assumed to be named "Clarence"
Такие люди вдохновляют меня к тренировкам.
Crazier still is that this guy has been vegan for years. It baffles me that somone who effectively lifts some of the heaviest weights on earth eats a diet that's completely contrary to the fitness industries idea of the "optimal" diet.
Animal kingdom products aren't only source of protein
@@tappajaav Completely agree. The vegan diet is more than capable of providing all your nutritional needs. However, you'll find a lot of athletes say that it's inefficient for "optimal" performance and you're limiting your potential growth with it. To be honest, it's such an unknown and scarcely research thing at the moment, it's awesome to see people like Clarence breaking new ground with such a different diet compared to every other lifter I've ever met.
@@tappajaav it’s not just abt protein. Things like cholesterol (healthy hormones), b12, b6, taurine, adequate levels of iron are only found in meat
@@leooooo795 Your body produces cholsterol by itself, b12 is supplemented(nothing wierd wiith that), b6 is easy to get on plant-based diet, your body produces taurine, "adequate levels of iron" you obviously haven't followed a plant based diet. I eat about 500% the recomended intake of iron every day, I always eat it with Vitamin C which massivly improves the iron absortion rate.
@@Freakyjohnsson1 yes your body produces cholesterol but studies have shown that to maximize your testosterone you should eat at least 500 mg of cholesterol a day. taurine is produced by the body, but many people need dietrary/supplemental sources to have optimal levels. and the fact that you have to supplement b12 proves that it is not a natural diet. i agree with your moral side of things but for most people a plant based diet is not healthy. - ex vegetarian
