I'm crying. You both meeting bring such an inspiration to us who hope to someday be as lucky as the both of you. From sending letters and bracelets with the hope that that wasn't the closest you two would get to each other, to actually meeting and going around exploring with each other is a dream many people have, and you two were lucky to be able to fulfill your dreams. I met my internet friend on roblox. She is a year older than me and lives across the country, at 3230 miles. We have known eachother for almost a year now, but the only time we have talked on the phone was for 45 seconds and we just made noises 😂 it was so awkward

We've been friends for 11 months now but we live in different states too ;-; The thing is, is that my parents would never allow me to meet an internet friend, in fact I'm not even supposed to talk to anyone online... He and I want to meet so badly, so if anyone has any ideas on how to tell my parents that I have a internet friend, a boy internet friend too... please tell me. I'm desperate lol
Okay so I have this issue as well. My advice would be, just be honest. The first thought parents would think is it being a predator, or catfish, so I would try to prove that they arent. Maybe with a facetime call or something. It might take some courage to tell them, but once your parents see how serious you are about them, I'm sure they'll accept it! Maybe about meeting them, mention saving up money and meeting them yourself and spending like a month with them! I hope my advice helped haha. If you need more I'm always active lol
