- Yamaha XT250 1981 many years left in the garage (not running). The owner tried to fix years ago but he failed. Hope we will find out the problem and issues. 👌😊

I have the same bike, I had to rebuild the carb to make it start and run better. But make sure your petcock is on. I see it's off when you first start cranking. I hope its that simple.
the valve is bend. and now its working but i have not upload the video yet. it will available soon 😊

Wait how tf did u get the head bolts out???? I had to take the whole engine out because the bolts were too long and would hit the frame. Please respond if u can, did u just play with it till you got them out??

Can anyone help I have an 81 Yamaha xt250 it runs fine I stored it in a shop and someone stole my battery plus some other wire and now I have a new battery put in and no power when I turn my key..any ideas?
