Why niko still looking for a lerk? Its obvious for hunter to know the two opponents are in the site the one facing him and the one is planting.
Karrigan was a hitman hired to target NiKo and frustrate him, you knew he did a good job at it too cause he was winning most of his duels. 33 year old besting the young guns.
I wouldn't call NiKo a young gun, but yeah. Karrigan got the better of him for sure. There's probably a dent in the desk where he sat
People forget that karrigan was once the best rifler in the world in 1.6 (debatable, but definitely in the conversation).
He might not be the sharpest aimer these days, but his game sense and more importantly, "aim sense" only gets better with time.
You can see him kill niko almost every other g2 faze match cause niko is predictable. He's predictable cause he's a good rifler. Karrigan uses all of nikos god tier rifling instincts " against" him. 😂

@@Haidere510 yes, but look where beams hit. Just like when you try to throw some nade and hits "nothing". Later on when Rops kills with zeus at the same position you can see that beams go a little bit to the right dodging invinsible clipping on the wall (beams were longer than Nexa's)

Niko's frustration is one of the worst qualities to show when you are losing. It destroys the mentality of the team for even a comeback to be possible.

I didnt even realize, but youre completely right, who in the right mind pushes short with a molly in hand, if rain is balcony, default, pit or this off angle he will kill hooxi, this has to be the worst play of the game, god knows why he did that.

If we think about it, trolling aside, Zeus is basically a perfect counter during eco for a cheap close range 1 hit and with recharge too, if the team plays turtleing and with a hard read too ofc. You can build a teamplay with it, 200IQ call is needed too.

That's why you need jks bro, he's inconsistent but when you need him like this one he elevates. I remember when both huNter and NiKo can't kill in the playoff, jks shows up like he's the star rifler on G2 plus he's pretty good at site defense bruh. He plays like RPK but more steady one rather than aggressive.
Jks won't have saved them either this was complete domination from faze.
Jks would have saved them 1 or 2 rounds extra,but still faze would have beaten them even with jks.
Not having JKS wasnt the problem, Nexa stepped up well from them. Dont just jump to unfounded theories. The problem was Niko's awful form and m0nesy having a huge fall off compared to groups. Not to mention G2 gambling on the veto with Inferno.
Im sure JKS fans are happy about the loss but you have to be delusional to think he could've changed the outcome in this matchup.

G2 has two options. Break the bank or disband. I’m serious. Signing NiKo to a new contract is looking iffy. Hooxi has never had the fragging ability, all he brings is “vibes”. (Granted when he’s on, he’s on) So it’s either -Hooxi +NexaIGL +Good Rifler or sell m0nesy, try to sell NiKo and buy another team. This major looks like the last hoorah for the Hooxi iteration, barring a miracle.

no because defeating faze in group stage and in front of open crowd that also in knockouts r too completely different things. Spirit would have definitely lost against faze in knockouts too. Faze has a habit of under performing in group stage while performing great in knockouts. Rain in this game is perfect example,he was bad in entire group stage,but he performed quite well in knockouts.

When niko and monesy are sleeping hunter is stepping up, when monesy and niko are stepping up the others are sleeping. A rare sight seeing them play good as a team
Kuben (the ence coach) already said in an interview after match against g2 that instead of picking a map comfortable for them, g2 decides to pick maps that are uncomfortable for the enemy, even if its not really good map for them either.

I feel like m0nesy’s talent is being wasted with G2, they are such an inconsistent team, either absolutely crush or just fold with ease. They need to practise as a team better. The update has been great for Faze tho, they are always quick to adjust to the new metas.

It's such a rollercoaster ride in 2022 i supported Faze and they won against G2, in 2023 Monesy said i will take revenge which they did and blown Faze with 2-0 fashion, karrigan took the same revenge and obliterated G2 2-0 so happy Faze won, And about Niko, i was laughing a lot when he smashed the desk😂 it was hilarious, also nexa did perform well to get themselves to the De_Airpot. He recently transitioned to 800 dpi from 400 dpi with a sensitivity of 0.69 (nice) and his current mouse is the DeathadderV3. The DPI swap is most likely to accommodate the higher polling rate (4k hertz) registry.

that was not a choke, picking inferno vs faze is pure suicide mission , faze was most likely about to pick inferno themselfs , prolly g2 wanted to surprise them, but in the end they surprised themselfs. faze were literally destroying everyone on inferno in early cs2 LANs.
