i use this product on car dash cover the color is very good but i have a problem after the paint dried the carpet get sticky ,do you have the same problem , any help will be much appreciated .

how does it stand up to rain and will it not transfer onto clothing?
+Kris Bochenek after it fully dries it can get wet and it will not transfer onto clothing. It does not waterproof the fabric.

will this work on baby stroller fabrics?
If you do the water test and the fabric absorbs the water, then it should absorb the paint successfully. If the stroller fabric does not absorb water then it will not absorb the paint.

will this be wash off and fade?
It is permanent. You can wash. It will not come of. It has UV protector to prevent fading, and like anything should be kept out of direct sunlight to reduce fading.
