That sure looks like a strong mix
Too much water, way way too much! So you imagine fluidity will eliminate need to vibrate, then you have to amend with dry mix at the end, but you end up with very weak panels. And that oil is too much it floats in the mix, doesn't do it lots of good. Why not try a vibrator table and water-reducing admixtures instead? I call that bad practice.

It's not a strong pannel very weak.
How thick is the wire reinforcement you put in the panel?
Your choice; D6, D8, D10, depends on how strong you want your panel. Above D10 would be rather overkill though. Just don't do it wy they do here, have your rebar bound together.
