I have my graphics set to the lowest, it helps see enemies easier in my opinion especially in bushy area's. It is probably the fps that makes it look good, i also made sure to change a setting referring to "scoped down fps" and set it too unlimited

Those water towers you can walk up, I never go to the top it’s too obvious. You can jump over the stairs on the railings and walk around
