You had me excited...
You're not the first person I've ever disappointed lol.
Where did u get the charger?
Leatherkid01 eBay as it was the cheapest place I could find it. they are also on Amazon. look up the battery tender plus
I can't imagine parking my truck for winter....that may be part of why I can't imagine living in the middle US. I need my truck specifically for winter. However, here they use Magnesium Chloride. It doesn't attack steel. You only have to be sure your electrical system is weatherproof.
Yeah, watching videos of trucks from the salt belt is almost painful. I'l stay out here in the high altitude desert.
Totally jealous lol
Idea for a video: chance the lights behind your gauge cluster to LEDs. I personally haven't done it on my cat-eye duramax, but I've seen pictures and videos of people that have, and it really cleans the cluster up and makes it look better. It'd be something you could easily do right in your garage, plus I'd like to see a good "how to" video for it. follow me on Instagram to see my truck, @hare_chance
Chance Hare way ahead of you! it's an older video so I could be better. but here it is. czcams.com/video/vu_pBIR5sfc/video.html
i was trying to figure out why you’re storing a truck for winter then i remembered Brine solution when it snows
me2456 it's like driving through the salty ocean when it snows here.
***** im from New Jersey, i know that feel, 99% sure you’d be better off driving into the ocean lmao
You're probably right. Probably less salt in the Atlantic then there is on Michigan roads lol
***** i dont even get why they put the stuff down.. they say “it helps with the deicing and snow removal” but it doesnt... it ruins roads and actually makes it slicker at night, sand is the best option
I think it's the cheapest option which is all they really care about
