Justin Yohannan At least in Norway where this video is from, the most common way to get a job like this is to attend school for 2 years, and then get an apprenticeship for another 2 years. This type of job where one is working on a permanent offshore rotation is typically a very practical job, working with your hands, and not in front of a desk doing engineering and calculations. But when all comes to all, you gotta apply for a job to get a job. That's where your start if you allready got your education ;-)
