Thank you!!! Could you please consider making a video on error reports/rejected vs refused bilings, and how to submit claims/timelines relating to billing? thank you :)

Where did you read that preventative care bonuses in FHG becoming obsolete in April 2024? I have not come across that in any bulletins. 2:59

Hey thanks for pointing that out! I just double checked it and it is for FHO & FHN only! But we never know with these constant changes…if it is removed for all models, I’ll put an update on it in the description!

Thanks for the video! I am still a bit confused about group vs individual access bonus. Are they two separate lumpsums of money? I get that if my individual bonus goes into negative, it will eat into the group access bonus. What if nobody in the group goes into negative, but one doc's outside use is more than the other people in the group (lets say they have many more enrolled patients than others). How will that affect the group vs individual access bonus? Or if it is one lumpsum, is that evened out by the group's internal economy? Hope that makes sense. Thanks.

The access bonuses are calculated individually but paid out to the group account instead of the individual physician, then as the FHO Lead I will divide up the bonus to each individual doctor in an internal economy. If one doc's patients has more outside use than everyone elses but doesn't eat into the group's bonus, then they would still get their bonus but it might be a smaller amount than other docs.

Where can I find a third party billing software to view the RA?

Hey Shirley, there are a number of them that I've listed in this video which I've timestamped here. You can use the free trial for some of them to see what you like and choose one to get access to your RA: czcams.com/video/uJRV8ElsCGs/video.htmlsi=ljLxt1kqLR3_qaIp&t=816
